Service Description: This North American Datum 1983 (NAD 83) version of the Illinois multi-zone, discontinuous coverage projection layer is a product resulting from the Low Distortion Projection Report prepared for Illinois Department of Transportation District Eight (PTB 152-029, Job No. P-98-003-09, Work Order 13, issued April 13, 2016).
