Description: This layer is used to report the status of LiDAR data collections of the Illinois Height Modernization Program and other programs across the State of Illinois. This layer also provides access to collection-wide GIS, CAD, and other file format data and derivatives that are available for download from the Illinois State Geological Survey. Each file format (i.e., LAS, DGN, DAT, TIN, Breaklines, Derivatives) is provided as a link in the corresponding field/attribute. A Metadata file and TileIndex are also available. In addition, all of these data can be accessed on the Illinois Geospatial Data Clearinghouse: http://clearinghouse.isgs.illinois.edu/data/elevation/illinois-height-modernization-ilhmp-lidar-data.
