Google Chrome

  1. To the left of the web address, click Lock Lock or Info View site information.
  2. At the bottom, click Site Settings.
  3. In the new tab, to the right of "Flash," click the Down arrow Down arrow and then Allow.
  4. Go back to the site and reload the page.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the Run Adobe Flash icon in the center of your browser window.
  2. In the popup with the prompt "Do you want to allow Adobe Flash to run on this site?" Click Allow.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Still having problems?

If you're still having problems with Adobe Flash Player, you can use the non-Flash version of the application. This application is intended for use on mobile devices, but can also be used in a desktop browser. Note that the mobile version does not have all of the functionality of the desktop version.
